The Braxton HOA Annual Meeting will be held on November 10, 2010 at the Holly Springs Cultural Center.  In order to conduct business, we must have 30% of the neighborhood present or there by proxy. You will be receiving information in the mail shortly regarding how complete the proxy if you cannot make the meeting. Please read the information and return the proxy. If you have questions, you may contact the property management company, RS Fincher at 362-1460. The HOA Board of Directors looks forward to seeing you at the meeting.
